Terms of Service

Acceptance

By downloading and using Encore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Encore is for personal, non-commercial study use. You must be 12 or older to use the app. You are responsible for all content you create or publish in the app.

User Content

Decks and cards you create are yours. By publishing a deck to the community marketplace, you grant other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to fork and use that deck for personal study. You retain ownership of your original content.

You must not publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes third-party intellectual property.

Subscriptions (Pro)

Pro features are available via a monthly or annual subscription processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

Free Plan Limits

The free plan supports up to 3 decks and 25 cards per deck. These limits may change; users on existing plans will be notified before any reduction takes effect.

Disclaimer

Encore is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encore and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
