Delete Your Account

Delete In-App (Immediate)

1. Open Encore and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to Settings and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer access the app, email rayensbai2@gmail.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Encore account deletion request". We verify the request against your account email and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

Your account (email, display name, sign-in identities), all decks and cards you created, study sessions and review history, ratings you left, push notification token, and app preferences. Decks you published to the marketplace are removed.

What Is Retained

Crash reports are anonymized after at most 90 days by Sentry. Anonymous analytics events contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you. Purchase records are retained by Google Play / Apple as required for billing and tax compliance - manage these through your store account. No other data is retained.
